Introduction to the Degerstrom International Family
Featured here is historical information about the genealogy of the six known branches of persons with the Degerstrom surname. Included are lists of the descendants of Peder Danielsson (Degerström), Petter Degerström, Gabriel Degerström, Carl Fredrik Degerström, Jacob Degerström, and Per Degerstrom.
Our purpose is to document all known descendants of these six family groups for anyone interested in the Degerstrom family name, and for the future generations of Degerstroms. Currently, the six branches do not have a common ancestor, but ongoing research is intended to link as many groups as possible.

The project began in 1995 and has been online since 1996, and was moved to the dot ORG domain in 2001. Literally 100's of hours have been spent collecting the content for our site, and we are truly grateful for the hard work and dedication of the volunteers from Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the USA.
